so, i've decided to start a couple months early on getting my swim suit body, smart right? ahha thats probably common sense though. anyway, one week i'll be so committed and work out alot one week and the next week i just wont feel like it.. basically what im trying to say is that i cant keep myself motivated enough to work out.. do you have any tips? :) i love your blog so much btw. <33333
I would suggest you find an exercise routine or a way to workout that you actually enjoy, so that you are doing it for pleasure not as another chore you have to do everyday! People are really raving about zumba and find that its the most exciting part of their day. For others it may be running, or yoga, or dancing! Try to make it fun!
