Don’t let the green fool you! This tastes great!

Just starting out trying to include green smoothies in you daily diet plan? This is one of the mildest recipes I have tried. So yummy that even little kids cant help but enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 (6 ounce) tub vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach leaves

Directions

  1. Place the banana, grapes, yogurt, apple and spinach into a blender (I recommend a vitamix blender they work the best). Cover, and blend until smooth, stopping frequently to push down anything stuck to the sides. Pour into glasses and serve.

Kiwi-Pear Smoothie Recipe

  • 4 kiwifruits, peeled
  • 1 medium pear, cored
  • 1 cup loosely packed, fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup radish greens
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 6 to 8 ounces of filtered water (or coconut water)

Add all the ingredients except for the greens blend until smooth. Next, add the greens and blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.

Best Green Smoothie for weightloss EVER

I have never been a breakfast person, ever. Give me my coffee and I’m good to go. However as my trainer constantly reminds me skipping breakfast is defeating my weight loss goals. So I have now found a delicious, incredible healthy new breakfast. I am amazed by the energy boost I feel every morning since I started drinking these. I have now got my husband and five children drinking them and they love them!

Here is the recipe…..

1/2 cup greek yogurt

1 cup of almond milk

1 banana

10 frozen strawberries

1 scoop of protein powder

4 cups of spinach

Blend until completely mixed up and smooth

Drink and enjoy!
